It's been a very crafty weekend...

I started off by making a set of monogram notecards for my friend Susi. I'm not going to post those in case she checks my blog.
I also ventured into acrylic books. I'm going to post the before photo so you can see how I started out. If you're interested in making one you can order them at scrapbookers garden (email susan@scrapbookersgarden.com) and get whatever name or word that you want and choose colors for the letters, too.
This books was made with the Basic Grey, Sultry line (paper, fibers, rubons, some self-adhesive gems, Stazon ink, Hero Arts stamp and the Cricut Mini Monograms cart. for the scallop circle. Flowers are prima.

I love this! You did a wonderful job on it. Just gorgeous.

How much is to buy an album? I tried to see on their website but couldn't find it.

Thanks for checking out my blog!

I really love the acrylic word book here! Those acrylic books really take so much planning and strategizing to get right and you did a great job!

Also, I read your last post too, and I think it's funny that my husband had the same attitude as your daughter! Some days he just gets tired of the camera and tells me to cut it out! :-)

Hi my name is Gail - I am from Australia and I found you on one of my friends blogs.

Love your acrylic album. So very pretty - love BG. Can I ask what you sued to adhere everything to your album.

Gail - I mostly used my Xyron and ATG gun and made sure the adhesive was covered with something on the other side so you can't see it. I've also heard that mono adhesive works well.
