Stampin' Up! 2011-2012 Sneak Peak

As soon as I got my new issue of Papercrafts magazine I new I had to recreate a card on the cover with my new Petite Pennants Builder Punch and Pennant Parade stamp set. I also used a brand new color card stock called Pool Party - love it!

So here's my version...
